"A huge shoutout to Libby at the front desk! They always welcome everyone with a warm smile, keep things running smoothly, and make entering the gym a great experience every single day. Fantastic customer service!"

We’ve had a great experience at Ace Pickleball! The service is excellent, and the staff really goes above and beyond. I love that they walk around with a cart offering free water, and they’re always willing to help with anything you need, including fixing or adjusting your paddle. There are plenty of courts, so it’s easy to get out and play without feeling overcrowded. The entire facility is very clean, well maintained, and nicely air-conditioned, which makes a huge difference, especially during the summer. Overall, it’s a great atmosphere with friendly, helpful staff and a really nice setup. Definitely one of the best places around to play pickleball. Highly recommend!

Great layout, easy to get around. Open play is very encouraged here and we’ve had great experiences each time. It’s very easy to get games, everyone that we played with was around our level, encouraging and kind. They provide all the balls, have lots of tables scattered around for mingling or leaving drinks on, and a stretch area to warm up before/between games. We loved GloBall, under the black lights. It’s a great way to mix things up for a couple hours during holidays or other events. Really looking forward for the classes & clinics to start up once they get settled being open!

The important stuff: court surface has good playability and grit. Color scheme makes balls and lines easy to see. Courts are well lit, but not blinding when looking up. Ceiling is high enough for reasonable lobs. Fences are far enough from the court to not be a hindrance. Rack system at each court. The other stuff: Staff is friendly and inviting. Staff were regularly walking the courts talking with guests, cleaning tables and wiping down railings. Bathrooms were clean. Music was at a reasonable level not to be distracting. Balls were provided at every court. Temperature kept you cool but still able to work up a sweat. All staff members that I interacted with were great. There were two staff members in particular that really stood out. Chloe came and spoke with me several times about pickleball, my game and the club itself. She also offered to bring me a basket of balls if I wanted to work on anything. Grayson saw I was short a player for a game and volunteered to play. After the game she then assisted in finding another group for us to join. I am a 5 day a week player who has played at multiple indoor facilities in multiple states. As a whole, this has been the best so far.
